About Hillary
Hillary’s work centers on supporting individuals and leaders in personal growth and transformation, creating space for people to question long-held beliefs and grow into who they’re meant to be. She is an Enneagram-certified coach through The Art of Growth, using the Enneagram as the foundation for deeper self-awareness and understanding.
She coaches in both personal and professional contexts, grounded in the belief that true transformation begins from within. With experience leading teams in corporate settings, she understands how personal inner work is integral to meaningful growth in both life and work. Hillary’s approach is intuitive, compassionate, and non-judgmental—offering presence, thoughtful challenge, and space for each person’s unique pace and journey.

Enneagram Typing Conversation
The Enneagram Typing Conversation is designed to support you in accurately identifying your Enneagram type. This offering is well-suited for those new to the Enneagram, as well as for those who are still discerning their type. Enneagram tests don’t always work because they measure behavior, while Enneagram type is based on core motivation. I’ll ask a series of intentional questions designed to help your type emerge through lived experience, inner motivations, and patterns. Because Enneagram type is rooted in core motivation—not behavior—this process allows space for deeper clarity that feels grounded and true to you.
